Playing Naqqareh at Imam Reza (AS) Holy Shrine
TEHRAN (IQNA) – Playing Naqqareh (a kind of drum) and horns is done twice a day at Naqqareh Khaneh (a 26 meters high tower at the holy mausoleum of Imam Reza (AS) in Mashhad, northeastern Iran).
It is done every day before sunrise and sunset as well as on religious occasions.
