3,000 Quranic Kindergartens Operating in Iran
TEHRAN (IQNA) – There are some 3,000 Quranic kindergartens in Iran, an official said.
Minoo Aslani, head of the Women Basij (volunteer forces), added that efforts have been made to improve the conditions and services in these kindergartens.
A few years ago, a Basij official had said Quranic centers and kindergartens would be founded by Basij bases and mosques in different parts of the country.
According to the official, promoting the Quranic culture among children and teenagers is among the objectives of the Basij organization.
He added that with the launch of the Quranic kindergartens every child would be able to easily have access to Quranic education.
