According to iraqakhbar.com, the 140-page book was published by the Dar-ul-Warith Publication Institute.
The book features discussions on the Holy Quran’s view about the concept of proficiency in cultural societies.
It says that proficiency is one of the concepts which can be used as an important means to understand the philosophy of life.
The book covers three chapters including ‘proficiency and its objectives in the Holy Quran’s verses’, ‘thematic approaches and ultimate objectives of Quranic proficiency’ and ‘factors and means of proficiency in Quran’s concepts’.
Talal Al-Kamali Al-Nasrawi, Iraqi author and researcher, was born in 1959 in Karbala. He has a PhD in Islamic sciences and is the head of Al-Warith Academic Center and Dean of the Faculty of Sciences at Al-Warith University affiliated to the Astan (custodianship) of Imam Hussein’s (AS) holy shrine in Karbala.
