Acting Upon Quran’s Teachings Leads to Salvation in Both Worlds
TEHRAN (IQNA) – Iran’s President Hassan Rouhani underlined that acting upon the teachings of the Holy Quran brings about salvation both in this world and the Hereafter.
He made the remark in a meeting on Saturday with an 8-yerar-old girl who has learned the entire Quran by heart.
The president described families whose members have close connection to the Quran as sources of honor for the country.
“Such families are role models for the entire country,” he went on to say.
Hojat-ol-Islam Rouhani in this meeting also stressed the need for further development of the Quranic culture in the country.
Hannaneh Khalfi has managed to learn the entire Quran by heart at an early age.
Three other members of her family are also memorizers of the Holy Book.
